Job Title Assistant D2C Operations Manager Location Udaipur Department Operations D2C Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant D2C Operations Manager to support and streamline our direct-to-consumer operations This role involves overseeing order fulfillment inventory management logistics coordination marketplace integrations and ensuring an excellent customer experience The candidate should be highly organized analytical and capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges in a fast-paced D2C environment Key Responsibilities - 1 Order Fulfillment Management Monitor and manage daily orders across D2C platforms website marketplaces apps Ensure timely and accurate order processing packaging and dispatch Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations 2 Inventory Supply Chain Track stock levels and coordinate replenishments Work with suppliers vendors to ensure timely delivery of products Assist in demand forecasting and reducing stock-outs or excess inventory 3 Logistics Delivery Liaise with courier logistics partners for on-time deliveries Resolve shipment delays lost parcels or delivery-related escalations Optimize delivery cost and TAT Turnaround Time 4 Customer Experience Coordinate with customer service team to resolve order-related queries Ensure minimal complaints and maximum customer satisfaction 5 Reporting Analysis Generate daily weekly monthly operational MIS reports Analyze order trends returns and delivery performance Provide insights for process improvements and cost optimization Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce operations Knowledge of logistics inventory management and order fulfillment Hands-on experience with MS Excel ERP tools Shopify Unicommerce etc preferred Analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Qualifications Experience - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Operations or related field 2-4 years experience in D2C E-commerce operations Food FMCG preferred Prior experience with online marketplaces Amazon Flipkartis a plus Job Type Full-time Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
