Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketer for our Smartwatches and Audio products, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through various digital channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our brand presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and Execute Digital Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Utilize data-driven insights to adjust campaigns in real-time and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance the user journey and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
Implement A/B testing and other CRO techniques to improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Affiliate Marketing:
Manage and cultivate relationships with affiliate partners to expand reach and drive incremental sales.
Implement strategies to incentivize affiliates and optimize performance.
Budget Management:
Work closely with the finance team to set and manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or D2C industry.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹9,629.60 - ₹35,000.95 per month
