Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across different channels such as content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
- Produce engaging and valuable content for the company's website and blog to target and convert specific customer demographics.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Monitor and allocate the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and case studies.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against set goals.
- Study consumer behavior and optimize email and advertising campaigns based on the analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Proven track record of identifying target audiences and developing engaging cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Numerically literate and comfortable working with metrics and data analysis.
- Aesthetic sense and strong copywriting skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.
- Minimum BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
