**Responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Perform risk assessments to identify areas of concern and develop audit plans and procedures to address risks and objectives.
- Conduct interviews, observations, and document reviews to gather audit evidence and assess the effectiveness of controls and processes.
- Test the accuracy and completeness of financial records, transactions, and disclosures through substantive testing and analytical procedures.
- Evaluate the design and implementation of internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Prepare audit workpapers, documentation, and reports to support audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Communicate audit results, findings, and recommendations to clients and management in clear and concise written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with clients and audit team members to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, earning their trust and confidence as a trusted advisor and auditor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, CIA, or other relevant certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm or internal audit department.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, practices, and methodologies, with knowledge of audit standards (e.g., GAAS, GAAP, IFRS).
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA), Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work product, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of auditing.
