**Position Title: CA and Semi-CA**

**Location: Mumbai - Head Office (Kurla - Phoenix Market City)**

**Education & Experience**
- Inter CA with 3-5 years or CA with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

**Key Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Proven experience in Preparing Financial Statement, Book Closing & Tax Audit, preferable in the FMCG/Manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Account’s and Finance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Quarterly & annual financial statements as per IND AS of the Subsidiaries of listed Company.
- Prepare Quarterly & annual Consolidated financial statements as per IND AS of the listed holding Company.
- Reviewing location accounts which are closed by location Accounts Manager.
- Ensuring the Tax Audit is closed within timelines of the subsidiary Companies.
- Co-ordinating with statutory auditor & tax auditor & closing audits with the timelines with no adverse remark.
- Co-ordinating with consultant & getting income tax assessment completed with the help of consultant for subsidieries.
- Checking the MIS, book closing, Inventory and others with financial impact of subsidiaries as per the process set by the Company.
- Ensuring other statutory compliance of Subsidiaries is closed within timelines.
- Assist in various Accounting and Finance process improvement activities.
