**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles.
- **Accounts Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely closing of books and resolve discrepancies.
- **Taxation & Compliance**:

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Liaise with tax authorities and auditors for assessments and audits.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in preparing budgets and analyzing variances.
- Support management with financial insights for decision-making.
- **Internal Controls**:

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
- Periodically review financial policies and procedures for improvement.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and mentor junior accountants.
- Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Must have cleared CA Intermediate or appeared for CA Final.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS laws.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have 20 to 25 years of expertise.

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Work Ethics**: High degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
