**About us & Profile Description**:
We are a 30-year-old Chartered Accountancy firm with a strong presence in India through our offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and Pune are seeking a dedicated and driven **CA Finalist** to join our Pune team. The role is ideal for someone who has completed their articleship and is looking to gain further hands-on experience while preparing for the final CA exams. This is a client-facing and learning-intensive role with exposure to diverse audit and taxation projects across multiple industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits of corporates and SMEs.
- Prepare working papers, audit documentation, and assist in drafting financial reports.
- Support in GST, TDS, and income tax return filings and related compliance tasks.
- Perform analytical reviews, reconciliations, and variance analysis for audit procedures.
- Coordinate with team members across offices for multi-location client assignments.
- Work directly under qualified Chartered Accountants and gain mentorship on complex assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Completed articleship from a reputed CA firm.
- CA Final exams pending or partially cleared (both groups or one group).
- Good understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, GST, and direct tax laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/tax software.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to travel for audits and client assignments, if required.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Working Schedule: 6 days a week.
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM**.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
