Hiring for a CA firm for their client at Mumbai, CA fir is providing dedicated to providing financial and advisory services to clients.

They are seeking a Internal Auditor to join team in Mumbai. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a role in implementing and improving compliance, governance, and risk management-related processes and controls within our organization. This role involves assessing the company's current risk profile, testing controls, and designing control matrices based on our Risk Model Framework. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuous testing of controls to ensure their effectiveness in mitigating risk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess the company's current risk profile and control environment.
- Test controls and assess the risk appetite of the organization based on the company's Risk Model Framework.
- Design control matrices tailored to the assessed risks.
- Conduct continuous testing of controls to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Analyze and document existing processes within the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for management review.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in operational risk management and internal audit.

**Requirements**:

- **2 to 4 years of experience in Internal Audit.**:

- **At least CA, Inter CA, or equivalent degree in finance or related field.**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Advanced skills in Excel, **Power Queries, and BI Dashboarding are preferred**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
