**Role Summary**:
The Bank Auditor will ensure the accuracy and compliance of the bank's financial and operational processes. Working closely under the guidance of a Chartered Accountant, the auditor will perform audits, review internal controls, and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Assist in developing and implementing annual audit plans for various financial processes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, transactions, and documentation.
- **Compliance and Risk Assessment**:

- Verify compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
- Assess and identify risks, offering recommendations to mitigate potential financial discrepancies.
- **Internal Controls Review**:

- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Propose improvements to safeguard assets and optimize operations.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the CA and management to resolve discrepancies.
- **Coordination with Teams**:

- Work with internal departments to understand workflows and identify potential issues.
- Assist external auditors or regulatory bodies during inspections.
- **Regulatory Updates**:

- Stay updated on banking laws, finance policies, and auditing standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Pursuing or completed CA (preferred) or certifications like CIA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in auditing, banking, or finance.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., Basel norms, RBI guidelines).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of audit software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in auditing financial institutions, preferably banks.
- Hands-on experience working under a Chartered Accountant in audits or financial reviews.
- Exposure to risk management frameworks and fraud detection.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
