**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to evaluate the bank’s financial records, processes, and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential vulnerability or non-compliance.
- **Internal Controls and Compliance**:

- Examine and test the effectiveness of internal controls to safeguard the bank's assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as Basel III, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws, and local banking regulations.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Review financial statements, accounting systems, and operational processes to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of records and transactions.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies to management.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Present results to management and relevant stakeholders, offering actionable insights.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk exposure.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Certifications**: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or equivalent certification preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like SOX, AML, and local banking laws.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in financial analysis and auditing tools.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, risk assessment, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
