**Visiting Faculty - Business Communication & Soft Skills**

**Location**: Pune (On-campus at Garware College)
**Position Type**: Visiting / Part-Time
**Target Audience**: Undergraduate Students

**Role Overview**:

- Verbal & Non-verbal Communication
- Presentation & Public Speaking Skills
- Interview Skills & Resume Building
- Teamwork, Time Management & Conflict Resolution
- Confidence building and Personal Branding

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
- Practical exposure to corporate communication and training.
- Prior teaching/training experience in communication or soft skills preferred.
- Ability to conduct **interactive, activity-based sessions**.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, HR, or related fields.
- Trainers with experience in finishing schools, corporate workshops, or academic institutions are welcome.

**Commitment**:

- **4-6 hours per week**, flexible scheduling
- **On-campus sessions only at Garware College, Pune**

**How to apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Higher education teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- soft skills training: 3 years (preferred)
