**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Knowledge of stores, inventory management, products and components.
- Familiar with FIFO & LIFO Systems.
- Guiding team in Store operations.
- Hands on ERP Software
- Maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals.
- Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting
- Monitoring day to day stores activity.
- Ensure stock accuracy by conducting perpetual inventory, proper storage and preservation of material.
- Monitoring components with proper identification, traceability and monitor items for zero wastage.
- Ensure no production order is open for more than 10 days and coordinate with other departments to avoid delays/complaint.
- Focus on 100 percent on time delivery Target and issue defect free material to production
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Familiar with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom/warehouse environment
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift
- Skills to operate common office equipment
- Knowledge of 5s, Kaizan, ABC Analysis and Lean concept.Role Store Keeper / Warehouse Assistant
