**STORE IN-CHARGE**

ABOUT THE JOB
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our storage operations.
- This role requires you to oversee inventory management, stocking procedures and follow quality control procedures to ensure the safety and efficiency of products.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (Essential responsibilities)

**Inventory management**:

- Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly counts, using inventory management systems (Tally & MS Excel) or manual tracking methods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring that inventory counts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimal inventory levels.

**Storage & Handling**:

- Ensure that all stored products are handled and stored according to FAMI QS and ISO 22000 guidelines, maintaining the integrity and safety of the products.
- Executing all the Day-to-Day stores function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Implement proper storage procedures to ensure the safe handling and storage of goods, including proper stacking, labeling, and segregation of products.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Material Intimation note upon receiving the material.
- Conducting storage condition monitoring checks on daily basis.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
