Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store in Charge located in Pune. The Store in Charge will be responsible for overseeing store management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer service standards. Key tasks will include managing inventory, preventing retail loss, and fostering effective communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
