**Job Description**:
- Providing support: The helpdesk should provide ongoing support to customers or clients to ensure they have a positive experience with the organization. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers or clients.
- Maintaining records: The helpdesk should maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions to ensure that any issues can be quickly identified and resolved.
- Coordinating with other departments:
- Co-ordinating with other support staff, helps to ensure coverage of Helpdesk hours and maintain overall quality and performance level of Helpdesk service. Co-ordination for concall support with locations and Backoffice team for resolution.
- Providing feedback and updates to customers regarding the status of their issues or inquiries.
- Escalating complex or high-priority issues to senior staff members or management for further resolution.
- Sharing daily Reports like SOD, EOD, monthly call logged report, etc... other reports.
- Arranging weekly meetings with internal teams to have timely resolutions and avoid escalations.
- Sharing monthly reports with stake holders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
