**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify document and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of software.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test metrics and progress.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira for tracking and managing test activities and defects.
- Implement and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
- Ensure test coverage and traceability to requirements.
- Provide input on test strategies and methodologies to improve testing efficiency.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure software stability after changes.
- Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test cases align with business needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and practices to enhance software quality.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in Test and Defect Management.
- Demonstrate expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting.
- Have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Show proficiency in using Jira for test management.
- Be skilled in using TOSCA for automated testing.
- Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.

**Certifications Required**

ISTQB Certified Tester TOSCA Automation Specialist
