Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a Sr Project Associate. The primary responsibilities include managing and delivering IoT-enabled environmental monitoring projects, coordinating with teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met, and engaging with stakeholders to address project needs. Additional duties include conducting research, analyzing project data, providing training to team members or clients, and ensuring high standards of communication and collaboration within the team and with external partners. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret project data and performance metrics Effective Communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide clear project updates Project Management expertise to plan, execute, and monitor project progress while meeting deadlines Experience in Training and guiding team members or clients Proficiency in conducting Research to support data-driven solutions and improve project outcomes Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment to meet project objectives Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field Familiarity with IoT systems and environmental monitoring practices is a valuable asset Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management and infrastructure projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Bentley, and Water GEMS is mandatory. • Strong understanding of water distribution hydraulics and pipeline network modelling. • Experience in SCADA integrations, sensor networks, or IoT project implementation. • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles for technical dashboards (advantage). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
