Our real-time data intelligence supports over 100,000 rural households across multiple districts and states, maintaining a 99.8% dashboard uptime to protect the environment effectively.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a Sr Project Associate. The primary responsibilities include managing and delivering IoT-enabled environmental monitoring projects, coordinating with teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met, and engaging with stakeholders to address project needs. Additional duties include conducting research, analyzing project data, providing training to team members or clients, and ensuring high standards of communication and collaboration within the team and with external partners.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret project data and performance metricsEffective Communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide clear project updatesProject Management expertise to plan, execute, and monitor project progress while meeting deadlinesExperience in Training and guiding team members or clientsProficiency in conducting Research to support data-driven solutions and improve project outcomesAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environment to meet project objectivesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related fieldFamiliarity with IoT systems and environmental monitoring practices is a valuable assetRequired Skills & Qualifications• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management and infrastructure projects.• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Bentley, and Water GEMS is mandatory.• Strong understanding of water distribution hydraulics and pipeline network modelling.• Experience in SCADA integrations, sensor networks, or IoT project implementation.• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles for technical dashboards (advantage).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
