**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams.
- Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and handle pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions and contribute to monthly hiring targets.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in **domestic IT recruitment** (preferably in a fast-paced IT services or product-based company).
- Strong knowledge of hiring for roles like **Java/.NET Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Support Engineers**, etc.
- Proficient in using job portals like **Naukri, Monster**, and professional networks like **LinkedIn**.
- Familiarity with **ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)** and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in HR (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
