**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle the **full recruitment life cycle** - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up until closure.

Understand job descriptions and identify the most relevant profiles quickly.

Support senior recruiters and HR team in bulk or niche hiring requirements.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in **Domestic (India-based) Recruitment** - IT or Non-IT.

Basic understanding of the **recruitment process** and sourcing methods.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, etc.).

Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.

Ability to work under mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.
