We are seeking a motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience specializing in contractual hiring and vendor management. As an Domestic IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent in contractual roles while managing relationships with staffing vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contractual Hiring**: Identify and recruit IT professionals for short-term and contractual positions.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and vendor management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in contractual hiring and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
