**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable with their seating arrangements.
- Provide personalized recommendations on food and beverages, including craft beers from our microbrewery.
- Address any special guest requests or dietary needs with efficiency and care.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Handle all phone, online, and walk-in reservations, ensuring efficient table allocations and minimizing wait times.
- Manage the reservation system and update the guest seating plan to ensure smooth operations.
- Confirm bookings and coordinate large group reservations or special events.
- **Problem Solving & Complaint Handling**:

- Proactively address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the restaurant manager as needed, ensuring quick resolutions.
- **Coordination with the Team**:

- Liaise with the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Communicate any special instructions from guests to the relevant team members.
- Collaborate with the bartending team to introduce and explain seasonal craft beers and pairings to guests.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and monitor guest feedback through verbal interaction or digital platforms.
- Suggest improvements based on guest feedback to enhance the overall experience.
- **Hospitality Standards**:

- Uphold the restaurant’s high hospitality standards, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure all front-of-house areas, including the entrance, waiting area, and restrooms, are clean and inviting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
