**Job Title: Customer Support Advisor - Travel and Tourism**
**Location**: pune
**Engagement Type**: Full-Time
**Responsibilities**:
- **Top-notch Customer Support**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience.
- **Technical Assistance**:
- Assist customers with technical inquiries related to travel bookings and sales processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- **Issue Escalation**:
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
- **Customer Education**:
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and travel-related information.
- Provide clear and concise information to enhance customer understanding.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
- **Record Maintenance**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.
- **Performance Targets**:
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and response times.
- Strive for continuous improvement in key performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Technical proficiency to troubleshoot and address technical issues.
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry processes and products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for record-keeping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
