**Responsibilities-**
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies and procedures for service delivery. -Conduct regular audits and evaluations of service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service quality and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to service quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Electronics trainer background mandatory
- Understanding of BMS, Charger, Battery is a must
- Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
- Should have knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹410,643.94 - ₹1,508,346.57 per year
