Patient Relation Officer

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Attending to and resolving patients’ queries and problems and ensuring effective resolution of the same.

a. Visiting patients in the wards daily and ensuring that their grievances are attended to without delay and thereby building a good image of the Hospital. This entails taking care of matters that can be solved immediately and escalating other matters for timely resolution.

b. Seamless and effective collaboration with other departments for solving patients’ grievances and issues.

c. Ensuring OPD patients are satisfied with the hospital’s services and their needs are met.

d. Assisting patients with special requests.

e. Capturing ‘patients’ voice’ through feedback mechanisms, analyzing & presenting the findings/report of the same to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement of care quality and services as per ISO and NABH requirements.

2. Being a point of contact for all departments regarding Patient Experience.

3. Providing information on the services and facilities available in the hospital and promoting the hospital’s services

4. Daily reporting of events & developments to Assistant Executive Director.

5. Ensuring smooth functioning of TPA department through effective coordination with wards and billing department.

6. Discouraging patients from giving tips to any member of the staff and ensuring a healthy working atmosphere in the hospital.

7. Supervising the smooth functioning of Front Desk, OPD and Diagnostic departments.

8. Work as a team player to ensure each patient to receive the best service possible.

9. Motivate staff to maintain a high level of patient care.

10. Respect patient’s rights by maintaining confidentiality

11. Provide comfort and if necessary, accompany patients who require extra care.

12. To coordinate in all emergencies of the hospital.

13. Performing other duties set up by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
