**Position Overview**: The Patient Relations Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients and ensures a seamless and positive experience. This role involves addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Interaction**:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, facilities, and procedures.
- Address patient concerns and resolve complaints promptly and empathetically.
- **Appointment Coordination**:
- Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments to manage appointment schedules effectively.
- **Feedback and Grievances**:
- Collect and document patient feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Support Services**:
- Guide patients through the hospital admission and discharge processes.
- Assist with insurance claim forms and related documentation.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update patient records accurately in the hospital's system.
- Generate reports related to patient satisfaction and service improvement.
- **Service Excellence**:
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the patient experience.
- Ensure adherence to the hospital's service quality standards and protocols.
