Experience: 0-2 years of Work experience in an Operations, MIS, or Support role

**Requirements**:

- Adept at supporting back end Client operations, including but not limited to daily MIS reports, understanding of analytical report types, monthly reports showcasing comparison for multiple clients
- Ability to work independently and create insights based on data shared internally
- Strong financial acumen to generate accurate reports for invoicing in collaboration with various internal teams
- Ability to visualize report outcomes based on requirements shared and create a plan with timelines to generate the same
- Understanding of employee recognition programs and how they bring value to companies

Education and other experience:

- Graduate or MBA degree holder(full time)
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Understanding of design elements and Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
