Job Role
- Responsible for management and implementation of Projects in pune
- Ensure project milestone are met for every center every quarter, client expectation are taken care of
- Daily phone based coordination with centers for implementing the project
- Ensure required systems and process for compliance are followed
- Ensuring Project Objectives is met at center
- Team motivation and issue resolution
- Bringing the challenges up in Knowledge of program manager and plan to address them
- Building community relationships to maintain positive energies towards the project
- Generate New Ideas for Improvement and success of program
- Travelling to Centre location for Monitoring of Program
- Travelling to upcoming site locations for set up of center

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- NGO/CSR: 2 years (preferred)
- Total work: 3 years (preferred)
