- **Program Coordination**:

- Coordinate and implement programs and initiatives in the designated state.
- Ensure that programs align with the organization's objectives and policies.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships to facilitate collaboration and support.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and manage a team of professionals or volunteers, if applicable.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective teamwork.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program-related information.
- **Budget Management**:

- Monitor and manage budgets related to programs and activities.
- Ensure that financial resources are utilized efficiently and within allocated limits.
- **Training and Capacity Building**:

- Provide training to staff or partners as needed.
- Support capacity-building efforts to enhance the skills of individuals or organizations involved.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify challenges and obstacles in program implementation.
- Develop and implement solutions to address issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Advocacy and Public Relations**:

- Engage in advocacy efforts to promote the organization's mission and goals.
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in program delivery.

**Salary**: ₹458,699.63 - ₹1,810,521.62 per year
