Currently, Naandi focuses on four major verticals - safe drinking water, academic support to underprivileged school-going girls, upskilling for unemployed youth and working with small farmers to provide end-to-end support on regenerative agriculture.

The CSR Youth Skilling Program by Naandi offers a unique mix of new-age skills to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. By imparting critical skills to the youth, the program also boosts their employability. The program has its presence in every corner of the country touching 19 states over the last four years, empowering more than 500,000 youth from various backgrounds. It is touted to become India’s most popular skilling program in the next decade.

**Minimum Eligibility Requirement**
- **Education Qualification**: Graduate or more

**Experience**: 3-5 years, preferable if worked in similar CSR skill training projects as Manager or have had experience in successfully handling/managing a team of people.

**Skills required**:

- Pleasing personality
- Soft spoken, Convincing Skills
- Good Oral and Written Communication in English & Hindi
- Computer Skills
- Student friendly and Service oriented
- Target oriented, sticks to deadlines and deliverables
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English Language

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Liaison and build a continuous & smooth working relationships with heads of various Government & Government aided education institutes & Senior Government officials holding important positions in the skilling and education field
- Uphold the organisation’s values and safeguard its reputation
- Ensure maintenance of good relationships with everyone who are in some way or the other associated with the project
- Direct and manage project performance tracking and responsible for project deliverables
- Handling all kinds of escalations and issues and ensuring smooth & effective operations
- Maintaining employee motivation and morale at high levels
- Conducting introduction and feedback sessions for batches
- Strictly follow all procedures and processes that have been already implemented and are in place
- Ensure all targets are achieved and as per specified timelines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Work Location: Gujarat State

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
