- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize computer software for various administrative functions, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Experience in office management and clerical duties is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Competence in using computer software for administrative tasks, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
