Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Segment customer databases based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to personalize communication and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices, processes, and tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM and customer experience management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in CRM management or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
