As a CRM Executive intern at Lea Clothing Co, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, focusing on optimizing our customer relationship management systems. With your exceptional skills in MS-Excel, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and success. Here are your key responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective communication and analysis.
2. Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM software, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging customer insights and segmentation.
4. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Help in designing and executing surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather valuable customer insights, contributing to the development of our brand strategy.
6. Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance our customer engagement strategies.
