J**ob Description**
- Sell and market Volvo Penta industrial engines in Maharashtra
- Frequent visits to client sites
- Generate leads and identify where business opportunities for new and re-powering exist
- Understand clients’ needs while aligning with Volvo Penta’s principles, products and services
- Promptly report and coordinate with Management and Volvo Penta for new leads
- Establish and maintain long lasting relationships with customers
- Prepare detailed Monthly Information System (MIS) reports
- Present technical and commercial offers to clients
- Plan annual sales budget, marketing and sales promotion activities
- Network and interact with customers and operators in the Industrial Industry (For e.g, Gensets, Compressors, Pumps, Construction, Mining)
- Monitor progress towards KPIS with adherence to Volvo Penta Guidelines
- Stay on top of industry trends
**Skills Required**:
- Extensive knowledge of Industrial Industry, OEM’s, MIDC data bases
- Ready to travel (preferable having own two-wheeler)
- Critical thinker who can make decisions, evaluate and resolve problems efficiently
- Strong orator with adequate presentation and analytical skills
- Proficient in operating MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
- Excellent English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Proficient in Hindi and Marathi
- Adaptive to work in a highly demanding, challenging and result-oriented environment
- Ability to share and receive information, knowledge and expertise with the team
- Shows drive and initiative
**Experience: 7-10 years in Sales of Industrial Engines**
**Qualification: BE Mechanical Engineer Graduate**
**Age Limit: Up to 35 Years**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
