We are a reputed 4-star hotel known for delivering authentic culinary experiences and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate **South Indian Chef** to join our kitchen team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and various regional specialties.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food stock and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and enhance the South Indian menu offerings.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff where needed.
- Ensure timely service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in preparing South Indian cuisine in a hotel or reputed restaurant.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
