**Job Title: South Indian Chef**

**Location**: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Benefits**: Food and Accommodation Provided
**Duty Hours**: 10 Hours Per Day
**Shift Type**: Straight Shift
**Weekly Off**: 1 Day Off (Between Monday to Friday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes (Idli, Dosa, Vada, Upma, Pongal, etc.) with authentic taste and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Adapt to customer feedback and strive to improve dishes as per preferences.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in preparing South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
