About Us:
We are a luxury hotel with multiple outlets across Mumbai. We are seeking an experienced South Indian DCDP Chef to join our team at our Andheri East location.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, and parottas.

2. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

3. Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

4. Plan and implement new menu ideas and specials.

5. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

6. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience as a DCDP Chef in a reputable South Indian restaurant.

2. In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.

3. Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

5. Strong leadership and team management skills.

6. Food Safety and Hygiene certification.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.

2. Experience with kitchen management software.

3. Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
