Relationship Officer

Role: We are looking for Relationship Officer
- Home Loan/Mortgage Loans who believe in and maintain long-term relationship and go an extra mile in on-boarding new customers and retaining old ones.

Experience: 1-5 years

Education: Graduation

Location - Haldwani, Dehradun, Haridwar, Ayoydha

Key Tasks:

- Minimum 1 year of Experience In Housing loan/Mortgage loan Sales.
- To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target.
- Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery.
- Monitor the loan portfolio - conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures & practices and continuously contribute to their improvement.
- Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting.
- Understanding customer needs and responding to customer queries & issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Completion of loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signature and notarization; collecting fees.
- Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
