**Job Title: Planning and Billing Senior Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Implement strategies to optimize project schedules and resource utilization.
- Prepare accurate and timely billing invoices for clients based on project milestones and deliverables.
- Review project costs and expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to project performance, billing activities, and financial metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, billing activities, and financial projections.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and billing, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial principles and accounting practices.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,574.49 - ₹54,641.81 per month
