Daily patient rounds.
- IPD patient billing.
- To liaison with concerned departments to resolve patient complaints.
- To explain admission packages to patients as and when required and resolve their doubts.
- To resolve queries related to billing.
- Monthly analysis of IPD and OPD feedbacks.
- Monitor QI related OPD and quality.
- To ensure effective delivery of services.
- To prepare and execute front office trainings.
- Canteen supervision, to taste food and coordinate with Dietician to improve food quality.
- Any other responsibilities as and when required by management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
