**Job Title**:IPD/OPD for Hospital

**Location**:Malad West
- Processing different mode of payments for billings - OPD /IPD /CASUALTY /OT & DAY CARE
- Welcome patients / relatives/ all external stakeholders/ Consultant doctors in person or telephonically and provide for information related to services
- Serve as primary point of enquiry for patient / relatives/ all external stakeholders
- Schedule OPD appointments, Blood and Imaging tests and coordinating with Consultants - Pathology - Radiology
- Responsible for Indoor admissions for all departments, general admission consent, financial counselling and maintaining documentation
- Responsible for informing Medicolegal cases to nearest P.S based on request from casualty medical officer
- Arrange for external transfers and relaying information for the process to patient, relatives and doctors
- Responsible for taking outside appointments for patients for tests, scans etc
- Maintaining accurate records of patient demography and services availed and payments

**Job Type**: Full-time
