Job Summary:

Wani Projects & Infra is hiring experienced Civil Engineers who can handle Billing, Planning, or both functions for infrastructure and industrial (PEB) projects. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Candidates must have 5 to 15 years of relevant experience and a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities (Billing):

  • Prepare and review BOQ based on drawings and tender specifications.
  • Generate and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and steel quantity estimations.
  • Create RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client invoices.
  • Perform quantity take-offs for civil and PEB structures.
  • Reconcile material usage (steel, cement, etc.) with site data.
  • Manage billing documentation, approvals, and client coordination.
  • Support in rate analysis, pre-tender estimates, and final billing audits.

Key Responsibilities (Planning & Coordination):

  • Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
  • Plan resources, materials, and manpower based on scope and timelines.
  • Track work progress and generate DPRs, WPRs, and milestone reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution.
  • Identify project delays and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and procurement coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–15 years in civil construction/infrastructure/PEB projects.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of BOQ, BBS, Billing & Project Planning.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and PEB drawings.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Preferred Software Knowledge:

  • MS Excel
  • AutoCAD
  • ERP or billing tools (e.g., Candy, SAP)
  • Primavera or MS Project
