**Position Overview**:
Pro Digit seeks a proactive and organized Project Coordinator intern to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in project coordination, teamwork, and proficiency in Excel. The intern will contribute to the success of our projects by assisting with coordination tasks and working on Excel-related activities.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project teams to assist in coordinating project activities, tasks, and schedules.
- Support Project Managers in monitoring project progress and tracking milestones.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders.

**2. Excel Proficiency**:

- Work diligently to become proficient in using Excel for various tasks, such as data entry, organization, and basic data analysis.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to organize project-related information and data.

**3. Report Preparation**:

- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports by collecting and analysing data using Excel.
- Assist in creating visually appealing and informative reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduation in any field
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or a strong willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
