We are seeking an energetic and passionate Project Coordinator to help us in supporting internal & external audits as well as provide helping hand in Project management and control. The job involves understanding the audit requirements for various certifications like ISO 270001, HIPAA and CMMi. He / She need to be a helping hand in creating/updating documentation to meet the requirements for various audit and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Project Management, Methodologies and Control, Audits, Certifications (ISO 270001, HIPAA, CMMi, etc.,)

**Skills**:

- Creating documentation to suite Audit / Certification requirements.
- Conducting Internal Audits, Support Project management and control
- Status reporting for various on-going projects
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong process orientation and enforcement
- Data collection and metric creation **Responsibilities**:

- Create required documentation for Audits and Certification (ISO 270001, HIPAA, CMMi, etc.,)
- Conduct / Support Internal Audits
- Support Project management and control
- Collecting the data and, validating, preparing, and managing the Project Metrics
- Producing Resourcing reports, Project allocation / de-allocation reports
- Producing Project reports as required
- Support and provision project tools, equipment, updates to project sites, produce status reporting, key issues, risks, benefits, and summary of costs incurred
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within change management
- Interact with peers, project manager, program manger, department or business unit on coordinating activities
