SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - ORDER TO CASH (F/M/D)

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse, design, and implement SAP O2C processes in close cooperation with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Customer Service).
- Customise and enhance SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) modules to meet business needs.
- Manage and support the entire order-to-cash cycle, including order management, pricing, billing, and credit management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate O2C processes with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, WM).
- Support key users and provide training and documentation.
- Take part in national and international SAP rollouts and projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive digitalisation initiatives.
- Manage second / third level support and incident management in the SAP O2C environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on SD / Order to Cash.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD module, including pricing, order processing, delivery, billing, and integration with FI.
- Experience in customizing and collaborating with user exits/BADIs is a plus.
- Understanding of business processes in Sales and Distribution.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
