- A sales and marketing executive for an insurance company is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services. This role involves identifying potential markets, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities of a sales and marketing executive for an insurance company may include:
1. Developing marketing strategies: Creating and executing marketing plans to reach target customers and increase brand awareness in the insurance industry.

2. Lead generation: Identifying potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, online marketing, and database management.

3. Sales and client management: Meeting with potential customers to understand their insurance needs, presenting suitable insurance products and services, and converting leads into sales. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Market research and analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences. Using data analysis to identify market opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.

5. Product development and management: Collaborating with product development teams to provide input on market needs and customer feedback. Assisting in the creation and enhancement of insurance products and services.

6. Promotions and events: Organizing promotional events, webinars, or seminars to showcase insurance offerings and increase brand visibility. Representing the company in industry conferences and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
