As we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and uphold our standards of excellence.

**Role Overview**

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of daily operations, team supervision, customer engagement, and local marketing. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards, managing staff performance, and driving customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

Team Leadership: Supervise and guide restaurant staff during shifts; allocate tasks and ensure productivity.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints efficiently, and build customer loyalty.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily store operations including hygiene, food safety, and store upkeep.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and reduce wastage.

Billing & Cash Handling: Ensure accurate billing, manage cash registers, and maintain financial records.

Local Marketing: Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, engage walk-in customers, and drive brand awareness.

Reporting: Prepare and share daily operational reports with management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

Any degree

0-2 years of experience (**Freshers from catering institute or experience** **in a similar role is preferred**).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Strong interest in marketing and customer acquisition is essential.

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and make quick decisions.

Familiarity with billing software and POS systems is an advantage.

Willingness to work on a rotational shift including weekends and holidays.

**Shift Timings (Rotational)**

**Shift 1**: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Shift 2**:11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
