**Summary of the position**:
The individual will be responsible for handling Day to day Import-Export operations, he will ensure the timely delivery & tracking of the materials till it reaches to the warehouses.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Import-Export Logistics**
- Tracking and following up with suppliers and freight forwarders for timely delivery of consignments
- Following up with service providers for completing the requisite documentation for consignments
- Ensure end-to-end documentation to enable timely delivery of consignment
- Approval of drafts for pre
- and post-shipment documentation including Performa Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin (COO) and Certificate of Conformity (COC), validation of Bill of Entry, etc.
- Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipping of product, equipment and marketing materials to our external partners
- Co-ordinate with logistics teams and warehousing service provide to ensure timely receipt of the consignments at our storage locations (non-beer warehouses, plants etc.)

**KPI tracking and Reporting**
- Maintain and circulate all relevant weekly or monthly MIS reports (DSR) on a time bound basis to provide complete visibility to all stakeholders
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI report to reporting manager

**Accounting**
- Monthly provisioning of bills submitted by vendors
- Proactively submit provisions for custom duty payments to Finance
- Following up with accounts for payment towards custom duty (as per customs tariff headings), processing of service provider bills as well as aligning various stakeholders as per the agreed incoterms
- Ensure No-Dues-Certificates are received from supplier on a quarterly basis

**Qualification and Skill Set**:

- Any Undergraduate
- 3+ Yrs. of experience in managing Import-Export operations
- Strong competency is MS Excel skills
- Ability to work the stretched targets
