**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **System Administration Support**:

- Assist in managing Windows and Linux servers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in monitoring system performance and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- **Network Management Support**:

- Support the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Assist in monitoring network performance and addressing basic network issues.
- **Security**:

- Help implement basic security measures, such as installing updates and configuring firewalls.
- Participate in security audits and learn about vulnerability assessment techniques.
- **Backup and Recovery**:

- Assist in developing and managing backup routines for critical systems.
- Help ensure backups are performed and contribute to testing recovery processes.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide basic technical support to development teams, assisting with issues related to software installations and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues under supervision.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain and update documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Document any incidents or solutions in the company’s knowledge base.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with relevant coursework or certifications are encouraged to apply.
- **Certifications**:

- Certifications from recognized institutes like JetKing in Windows and Linux administration are highly desirable.
- Any additional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation and configuration.
- Familiarity with software environments and tools related to mobile and web app development is a plus.
- Understanding of basic network management concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
- Any exposure to virtualization technologies or cloud platforms is beneficial.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Experience**
- Any internship experience in system administration or IT support will be considered a plus.
