**Responsibilities**:
**Server Administration**:

- Configure, deploy, and maintain Linux and Windows web servers.
- Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Implement and manage server security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.

**Control Panel Management**:

- Work with industry-standard control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, and others.
- Configure and optimize control panels for seamless server management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve control panel-related issues.

**Virtualization**:

- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).

**Networking**:

- Configure and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Implement and maintain firewall rules and network security protocols.

**Backup and Recovery**:

- Develop and execute backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Establish and test disaster recovery plans.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of server infrastructure with other IT systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the IT team.
